Core Survey Team

Jonathan Powell - Director

Jonathan received a joint MBA/MA in business and economics from Columbia University and a BA in political science from Vassar College. Jonathan has orchestrated data gathering and online leadership assessments for some of the world's largest banks, pharmaceutical, and media companies, including Visa Inc., Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered, SEI Investments, and The New York Times.

Lynn Tan-Baltes - Project Manager

Lynn has conducted research, design and production in support of technology driven educational programs and surveys, and has worked collaboratively with clients to deliver engaging and interactive web-based initiatives. Lynn received a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from New York University and a B.S. in Communications, concentrating on Advertising, from Boston University.

Troy Blaser - Director, Technology

Troy has been with LearningBridge since its inception and is one of the principal architects of our powerful survey engine. He often participates in consultations to develop creative solutions for accomplishing client objectives. Troy received a B.S. in Computer Science from Brigham Young University.

Michael Crowther - Quality Assurance

Michael works collaboratively with clients to create intuitive and engaging web-based programs. He has a strong background in user-centered design, instructional assessment, and learning theory. Michael received a Master of Information Science degree from Indiana University, focusing on human-computer interaction, and a B.A. in English from Brigham Young University, emphasizing editing and technical writing.

Glade Holman - Director, Coaching and Consulting

Glade has over 15 years of experience working with clients globally to maximize their survey investment by helping them capture the right data and determine what is meaningful through a variety of data and trend analysis techniques. Glade holds a master's degree (M.I.A) from Columbia University and has also been an adjunct professor at New York University's Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.

Miriam Kragness, Ph.D. - Coaching and Consulting

Miriam has been consulting with and coaching leaders for 20 years, using survey feedback, team development methods, and evidence-based change management processes. With a strong foundation in research methods and statistics, Miriam has developed and validated management assessment centers for selection, succession planning, development, and career exploration. An industrial and organizational psychologist, she has applied statistical analysis to behavioral measurement, survey analysis, and compensation analysis, and then worked with individual executives and their teams across a wide a range of industries to make the findings both accessible and useable.

Survey Coaching

Maria Arnone, MCC

Maria provides professional development and executive coaching services to international clients, with a client base concentrated in investment banking and media. The focus of her work is on the challenges leaders face during periods of transformational change, particularly effective leadership practices, restructuring, and working with an international team to enhance innovation.

Tom Hughes

Tom has 20 years of experience in education, professional development and learning and worked as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. He is a skilled presenter and coach and trained at the prestigious American Repertory Theatre Institute at Harvard. Tom also has a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, specializing in Organization Development.

Survey Consulting

Thomas P. Mullen, MBA, Ph.D.

Working across a wide-range of companies and industries with deep experience in the US, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, Tom has served as a management and strategy consultant globally for over 25 years. Prior to this work, Tom spent 10 years on the faculty at New York University.

Steve Stumpf, Ph.D.

Steve is professor of management at the College of Commerce and Finance, Villanova University, and he holds the Fred J. Springer Chair in Business Leadership. Steve has served as interim dean of the College and as its Management Department Chair. He is actively involved in the activities of the Center for Responsible Leadership and Governance. A Fulbright Scholar, Steve has authored/edited 10 books, 15 in-basket simulations, and 118 journal articles. He is often a speaker and facilitator on the topics of leadership and relationship building, and he works as an advisor with Aetna, Charles Schwab, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Dow Jones & Company, Philip Morris, SmithKline Beecham, Salomon Smith Barney, and Tampa Electric.
